I wanted something unique for my altar and it is even more elegant in person!!! And the creator/artisan was soon great to work with. I have to be brutally honest, this item was a massive let down. The incense holder is made from a very cheap plastic with a horrible sheen which wasn't clear from the photography which made it look matte and quite classy. Given it has come from afar, I will not bother to attempt a return and will be taking it to a charity shop in the morning.

Great decorative holder. One problem: the holder tray needs to be larger. No matter how I position it, I’m cleaning up ashes!

It’s plastic . Cheap looking . It was my mistake I thought its ceramic. Not worth the money at all.

Item arrived in good condition.
I do think thre bottom needs to be a bit bigger or the holder a tiny bit smaller. Some of the ashes were falling off the base.
