TERMS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

BUYER: The name, address, and contact details provided during the order.

By accepting these terms, the Buyer agrees that, upon confirming the order, they are obligated to pay the order amount together with any shipping fees, taxes, and other applicable charges.

ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT

These terms govern the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through https://www.lujustudio.com.

ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT AND PAYMENT

The type, quantity, sale price (including taxes), shipping fee, and payment method are as stated in the order summary. Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment providers.

ARTICLE 4 — GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The Buyer confirms having read the essential characteristics, price, payment, and delivery information of the product and having given electronic confirmation.

4.2. Products are made to order and shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout.

4.3. The Seller is responsible for delivering the product intact, complete, and in accordance with the order.

4.4. If the product price is not paid or is reversed in bank records for any reason, the Seller is released from the obligation to deliver.

ARTICLE 5 — ALL SALES FINAL / RETURNS

All sales are final. Except for defective, faulty, or incorrectly sent products, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.

ARTICLE 6 — CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Products custom-made or personalized according to the Buyer's request (name/text engraving, custom size, personal design) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

ARTICLE 7 — DEFAULT

If the Buyer defaults on a credit card payment, they agree to be liable to the issuing bank under their cardholder agreement.

ARTICLE 8 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any non-waivable consumer protection rights afforded by the Buyer's state of residence remain reserved. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of the United States.

ARTICLE 9 — ENTRY INTO FORCE

By confirming the order electronically, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms herein, which enter into force on the date of confirmation.
