RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY
At Luju Studio, we value customer satisfaction. Because most of our products are custom-made, please review the terms below before ordering. By confirming your order, you accept these terms.
GENERAL PRINCIPLE: CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Any product with name/text engraving, custom size, personal design, or otherwise personalized at the buyer's request is considered custom-made and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled unless it is defective, faulty, or incorrectly sent. This is our core principle for all orders.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Except for defective, faulty, or incorrectly sent products, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted. This policy is disclosed clearly before purchase, and you accept it by confirming your order. Your mandatory rights under applicable law (e.g., implied warranty for defective goods) remain reserved.
DEFECTIVE / FAULTY / INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@lujustudio.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. In that case, all shipping costs are on us, and we will offer either a replacement or a full refund. This right applies to all products, including custom-made ones.
RETURN PROCESS AND CONTACT
- Contact hello@lujustudio.com with your order number.
- After approval, we will provide return instructions.
- Once the returned item is inspected, eligible refunds are issued to your original payment method.
