RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

At LUJU STUDIO we value customer satisfaction. As most of our products are custom-made, return terms are set out below according to your region. By confirming your order you accept these terms.

GENERAL PRINCIPLE: CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Any product with name/text printing, custom size, personal design or otherwise personalised at the buyer’s request is considered custom-made and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled unless it is defective, faulty or incorrectly sent. This is our core principle across all regions.

1. CUSTOMERS IN TURKEY

For standard (non-personalised) products you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery. Withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, opened hygiene-sealed products, or perishable goods. Returned standard products must be unused, in original packaging and with the invoice. Refunds are issued within 14 days of a valid withdrawal notice.

2. EUROPEAN UNION (INCLUDING GERMANY)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, standard products carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. Withdrawal does not apply to custom-made/personalised products, items unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds, or perishable goods.

• The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer (you are informed of this before purchase by this policy).

• Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the refund.

3. UNITED STATES

All sales are final. Except for defective, faulty or incorrectly sent products, no returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted. This policy is disclosed conspicuously before purchase, and you accept it by confirming your order. Your mandatory rights under applicable law (e.g. implied warranty for defective goods) remain reserved.

DEFECTIVE / FAULTY / INCORRECT PRODUCT (ALL REGIONS)

If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, notify us at lujustudio@gmail.com with photos within [7] days of delivery. In that case all shipping costs are ours, and we offer either a replacement or a full refund. This right applies to all products, including custom-made ones.
