SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Luju Studio, we prepare every order with care and deliver it safely. Below you'll find our processing times, delivery times, and shipping terms.
1. PROCESSING (PRODUCTION) TIME
Because most of our products are made to order, your order requires processing time before it ships. Standard processing time is 3–7 business days. This is added to the delivery time below.
2. CARRIER AND TRACKING
Once your order ships, a tracking number is sent to you by email so you can follow your delivery.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Free shipping on all orders.
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after processing (may vary slightly by location).
- Duties & taxes included: Import duties and taxes are prepaid, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.
4. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and notify us at hello@lujustudio.com with photos within 3 days of delivery. For shipments lost or damaged in transit, we offer a replacement or a full refund.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. For shipments returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to collect, re-shipping costs may apply.
