SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
At Luju Studio we aim to prepare your orders with care and deliver them safely. Below you will find our processing times, delivery times, shipping fees and international shipping terms.
1. PROCESSING (PRODUCTION) TIME
As many of our products are custom-made, your order requires a processing time before it is shipped. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days; for custom-made products this may extend up to 3-7 business days. Processing time is added to the delivery time below.
2. CARRIER AND TRACKING
Shipments are handled by CARRIERS. Once your order ships, your tracking number is sent to you by e-mail

3. DOMESTIC DELIVERY (TURKEY)
•    Estimated delivery: [E.G. 1-3] business days after processing.
•    Shipping fee: FREE 

4. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (EU / US AND OTHER COUNTRIES)
•    Estimated delivery: 4-9 business days after processing (varies by country and customs).
•    Shipping fee: calculated at checkout based on the destination address.
•    Customs duties, import taxes and other local charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee and may be collected by the destination country’s customs authority.
•    For EU shipments VAT/IOSS and for US shipments local sales tax/duties may apply differently depending on the country.
5. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you notice the package is damaged on delivery, have the courier record a damage report and notify us at lujustudio@gmail.com within 3 days. For shipments lost or damaged in transit, we offer a replacement or a full refund.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESS AND UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. For shipments returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or non-collection, re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
